body
Background:
In order to advance the County's asset management program and complete Phase Two of Enterprise Asset Management System Upgrade, staff are proposing a comprehensive modernization that includes migrating to the Trimble Unity cloud environment, implementing ArcGIS Indoors for vertical asset management, and onboarding Unity Construct for capital project management. These upgrades will enhance reliability, cybersecurity, mobile capabilities, and data integration-while also introducing predictive analytics and AI-supported maintenance planning.
