Recommended Action:
a) Approve Resolution authorizing the County Administrator, or designee, to sign the Notice of Site Dedication and Limitation of Use for Bissett Park as agreed upon in the approved FRDAP grant agreement, December 12, 2023; and
b) Authorize the Chairman to sign the Resolution.

BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
Charlotte County was awarded and entered into a grant agreement in the amount of $200,000 for construction of amenities at Bissett Park. Construction is complete. The Project Site will be dedicated in perpetuity as an outdoor recreation area for the use and benefit of the general public.
