BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

body

Background:

This is for a firm to provide professional architectural programming and master space planning services for the purpose of developing a Comprehensive Public Strategic Master Space Plan for the County. This will require an in-depth analysis to understand the County’s spatial inventory and how it is currently being used and to proactively forecast, plan, and make recommendations for future spatial needs in 5 and 10 years.

A Request for Proposal was issued and generated two (2) responses. Those responses were evaluated by the Professional Services Committee consisting of Travis Perdue, Director, Facilities; Jason Fair, Director, Public Safety; Shaun Cullinan, Planning/Zoning Official, Community Development. Copies of the two (2) proposals are attached along with a breakdown of the rankings.
