Recommended Action:
a) Approve the appointment of Matthew McElroy as Public Safety Director; and
b) Approve Patrick Fuller as Director of the newly established independent department of Emergency Management; and
c) Affirm the realignment of the Transit Division from Budget and Administrative Services to the Human Services Department; and
d) Affirm the department name change of Human Resources to People Operations.
These changes to be made effective as of January 14, 2026.
