Approve the appointment of Jonathan Judd to the Deep Creek Street & Drainage Advisory Board. This will be a three-year term replacing Diane Dupont who has chosen not to seek reappointment. This appointment will be effective October 31, 2026, and will expire on October 31, 2029.
