BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background: 

Agreement is needed to execute the hurricane recovery project detailed below: Location: Live Oak Point Park 5100 Tamiami Trail, Charlotte Harbor, FL 33980.Construction Phase 1: the demolition and complete replacement/repair revetment of the vertical seawall and upland walkway with a solution that combines the use of flowable fill and the construction of a new steel toe wall. Construction Phase 2: the demolition and complete replacement/repair revetment of two areas of concern at the harbor front pathway and shoreline areas with a solution that combines slope stabilization and construction utilizing sheet piles.
