BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
Charlotte County (Grantor) is conveying a non-exclusive, perpetual easement to the Southwest Florida Water Management District (Grantee).
The purpose of the easement is to maintain, repair, or replace a monitoring well, and data monitoring equipment.
The agreement also provides for ingress and egress across the land to perform hydrologic measurements.
The specific site is the westerly 30 feet of Parcel P15, Notre Dame Park, commonly known as 27020 Notre Dame Boulevard, Punta Gorda, FL (Parcel ID # 412334352001).
The County Attorney’s Office, Real Estate Services, and the Water Quality Manager have reviewed and approved this easement.
