a) Approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Sons of the American Revolution for installation of a temporary educational display at William R. Gaines Jr. Veterans Memorial Park; and
b) Authorize the Chairman to sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

Background:
The Sons of the American Revolution wishes to install a temporary educational display at William R. Gaines Jr. Veterans Memorial Park in honor of the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States of America. The educational display will be historical in nature and be maintained by the Sons of the American Revolution.
