REQUESTED MOTION/ACTION

Recommended Action:
a) Ratification of award of Request for Bid #25-493 Cleaning Services for Charlotte County Facilities - Annual Contract, to Boro Building Property Maintenance of Sarasota, Florida at the unit prices submitted, for the term November 1, 2025, up to and including September 30, 2026, with option to renew for two additional one-year terms at the same prices, terms & conditions as approved by the County Administrator on October 15, 2025; and
b) Authorize County Administrator to approve annual renewals.
This is for cleaning services for Charlotte County Buildings.

Background:
This is an annual contract for cleaning services at Charlotte County Facilities.
It is in the best interest of the County to award Request for Bid #25-493, Cleaning Services for Charlotte County Facilities - Annual Contract, to Boro Building Property Maintenance of Sarasota, Florida at the unit prices listed on the attached tabulation, for the term November 1, 2025, up to and including September 30, 2026, with option to renew for two additional one-year terms at the same prices, terms & conditions.
