Recommended Action:
a) Approve Utility Developer’s agreement between the County, CSWR - Florida Utility Operating Company, LLC (Central States) and Pulte Home Company, LLC; and
b) Authorize the Chairman to sign the Utility Developer’s Agreement.

BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
County and Central States entered into a Bulk Sewer Service Agreement to all Central States to provide wastewater utility service in its service area.
Central States intends to engage Pulte to construct the connection infrastructure contemplated by this agreement.
All parties agree with the requirements stated on the Utility Developer’s Agreement.
