REQUESTED MOTION/ACTION

Recommended Action:
a) Approve File #25-618, Multi Copier - Annual Contract, “Piggyback” per Sourcewell Contract #112124, Copiers, Printers, and Multi-Function Devises with Related Supplies, Accessories, and Services, with J.M. Todd Incorporated of Fort Myers, Florida at the unit prices listed on the attached pricing sheet, for a period from date of award through and including December 31, 2028, at the same pricing, terms and conditions; and
b) Authorize the County Administrator to approve renewal options for a period of up to three (3) additional one-year terms, at the same pricing, terms and conditions, by mutual consent

No action needed. Budgeted in the General Fund - Purchasing budget as approved in the FY2025 budget process. Funding for this expenditure comes from Ad valorem.

BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
The purpose of this Contract is to secure pricing for the lease of multifunctional copy machines for lease periods of 36 months through a “Piggyback” per Sourcewell Contract #112124, Copiers, Printers, and Multi-Function Devises with Related Supplies, Accessories, and Services, to be utilized by various Charlotte County Departments on an “as required” basis.
After review and evaluation, it has been determined to be in the best interest of the County to award File #25-618, Multi Copier - Annual Contract, to J.M. Todd Incorporated of Fort Myers, Florida at the unit prices submitted.
