a) Approve the License Agreement Extension; and
b) Authorize Chairman to sign the Agreement.

Budgeted Action:
No action needed. Maintenance is budgeted in the General Fund - Parks Maintenance as planned in the FY26 budget process. Funding for this expenditure comes from ad valorem.

BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
The Board of County Commissioners entered into a License Agreement September 9, 2025, for the donation and installation of a sign at the kayak launch in the William R. Gaines Jr. Veterans Memorial Park. The Fund is requesting an extension of the Agreement. In accordance with Section 4 of the Agreement for an additional six (6) months under the same terms and conditions.
