BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
The Charlotte HOME Program is being modified by Resolution to incorporate updated language around BOCC approval of Review Committee and Affordable Housing Advisory Committee (AHAC) recommendations. The policy is being amended to align with this updated BCC approval language, and to memorialize program updates approved since the last policy amendment.
