BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background: 

The SR 31 Babcock Ranch to Lee County road widening project referred to as 4420274 - Babcock Ranch is a widening of SR 31 from two to four lanes from SR 78 in Lee County to Lake Babcock Drive in Charlotte County.  The Project is being designed and constructed by Babcock Ranch’s consultant.

 

The area known as Parcel 812 is for a permanent access easement meant for FDOT construction and future maintenance of Lake Babcock Drive roundabout splitter island, drainage structures, pipes, ditched and tie down slopes. 

 

Due to Charlotte County having a platted drainage easement in the referenced area above, the Utility Subordination agreements have been requested by FDOT.
