Mr. Thomas Beck, a former Charlotte County resident, died in October of 2024. He named Fire and EMS in his trust for the express “purposes of purchasing, upgrading, repair and maintenance of emergency vehicles”. In order to receive his gift of $24,723.69, the County needs to execute the attached Waiver of Trust Accounting and Receipt of Distribution and Release of Trustee.
