Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the attached corrected Letter of Agreement with Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers Program, Inc. designating them as the County’s agent for receiving funds from the State Crime Stoppers Trust Fund pursuant to Section 16.555(5)(b), F.S., and Rule 2A-9.002 (2) F.A.C.
