The property owner, Wilmington Land Company, is requesting to transfer 12 density units onto a portion of the property designated as part of Emerging Neighborhood on FLUM Series Map #2, 2050 Framework; the property is generally located south of the Heritage Landing DRI, north of Yacht Club Boulevard, and northwest of Burnt Store Road, in the South County area. The property contains 85.49? acres. If approved, this proposed transfer will allow for development of single-family detached and attached homes up to 142 dwelling units (receiving zone).
