No action needed. Budgeted in the Capital Improvement Project “Intersection Improvements at Various Locations” as approved in the FY26 budget process. Funding is supplied from the Road Improvement Fund to be reimbursed by available road impact fees.

Background:
Real Estate Services Division is seeking permission to obtain real property or easement interests in real property to be utilized to construct intersection improvements at various locations as authorized by the Board of County Commissioners. This Resolution will authorize the Real Estate Services Division to acquire by voluntary purchase, lot donation, or tax deed auction, parcels or easement interests needed for the improvements.
