Recommended Action:
a) Approve Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office Off-Duty Law Enforcement/Security Related Services Agreement; and
b) Approve Resolution authorizing the County Administrator, or designee, to execute amendments, extensions, terminations, renewals, and/or changes, and any other documents required to finalize the Services Agreement as necessary, on behalf of the County.
