BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
Community Services is requesting the purchase of playground equipment for the Englewood East Master Plan Playground Replacement. This is a piggyback purchase off the School District of Manatee County Contract #26-0041-MR.
Therefore, it is in the best interest of the County to approve award of Piggyback file #26-105, Englewood East Playground Equipment, per School District of Manatee County Contract #26-0041-MR, and award to REP Services, Inc. of Longwood, Florida for a total cost of $235,296.70.
