Recommended Action:
a) Approve, Piggyback File #26-520, Fire/EMS Warning LED Light Packages-Annual Contract, per the City of Cape Coral Contract #RPW2313MM “Emergency Vehicle Equipment Uplifting” awarded to Lightning Wireless Solutions, LLC, located in Fort Myers, Florida, at the unit prices indicated on the attached bid tabulation. The period runs from the date of award through and including September 30, 2027; and
b) Authorize the County Administrator, or his designee to approval the renewal options up to two (2) one-year terms, at the same prices, terms and conditions, by mutual consent.

Background:
This is an annual contract for the purchase of Whelen Legacy Core Warning Light Packages to be utilized on an “as required” basis by the Public Safety Fire/EMS Division. Therefore, it would be in the best interest of the County to a) award Piggyback File #26-520, Fire/EMS Warning LED Light Packages-Annual Contract, per the City of Cape Coral Contract #RPW2313MM “Emergency Vehicle Equipment Uplifting” awarded to Lightning Wireless Solutions, LLC, located in Fort Myers, Florida, at the unit prices indicated on the attached bid tabulation.
