Set a public hearing on December 9, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, in Room 119 at 18500 Murdock Circle, Port Charlotte, Florida, to consider a rate increase for Utilities Rate payors.

BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
Based upon recent Rate Model, Miscellaneous Fees conversation, and Connection Fee Study, a Public Hearing is needed to increase rates, charges and fees. If accepted, the increases would go into effect on or after March 1, 2026.
