Background: 

The revisions to SECTION 3-5-381: Environmentally Sensitive Lands Oversight Committee remove the requirement that the board appoints a member of the board to be a liaison to the committee. This will align the ordinance to be consistent with other county of advisory boards with regards to board liaisons
