Recommended Action:
a) Approve the Assignment of Contract for Request for Bid #25-740, Pool Chemicals - Annual Contract, as Commercial Energy Specialists, LLC, has been acquired by Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc.; and
b) Authorize the Chairman to sign the Assignment.

No action needed. Budgeted in the General Fund - Recreation budget as approved in the FY2027 budget process. Funding for this expenditure comes from ad valorem.

Background:
On January 13, 2026, the Board approved award of Request for Bid #25-740, Pool Chemicals - Annual Contract, to Commercial Energy Specialists of Jupiter, Florida. The company has now been acquired by Heritage Pool Supply Group of McKinney, Texas.
It is therefore requested that the Board of County Commissioners approve the Contract Assignment on this contract from Commercial Energy Specialists, LLC, to Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc.
