Set a public hearing on October 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. or soon thereafter as may be heard, in Room 119 at 18500 Murdock Circle, Port Charlotte, Florida, to consider adoption of an Ordinance Amending Article 1 of Chapter 2-4, Section 2-4-4 of the Code of Laws and Ordinances of Charlotte County, Florida; amending the definition of electric bicycle; prohibiting the use of electric motorcycles on public sidewalks, crosswalks, intersections, and multi-use pathways; and amending the speed limit for electric bicycles.
