Recommended Action:
a) Approve the Cooperative Service Agreement with United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) for the control of iguanas on Don Pedro Knight Island starting October 1, 2025; and
b) Authorize the Chairman to sign the Agreement.

No action needed. Budgeted in the Don Pedro Knight Island Street and Drainage MSTU as approved in the FY26 budget process, effective October 1, 2025. Funding is provided by Don Pedro Knight Island Street and Drainage MSTU ad valorem.
