Recommended Action:
a) Approve Amendment 1 to Contract #25-363, Consultant to Redesign Intranet, with AgreeYa Solutions, Inc., of Folsom, California, for Phase 2 Development, and increase cost of $88,340; and
b) Authorize the Chairman to sign Amendment 1.

No action needed. Funds are available in the General Fund IT Operations budget as adopted with the FY26 budget process. Funding for this expenditure comes from ad valorem.

BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
This is for the professional services to initiate a strategic project to redesign its Connect@Work employee intranet to create a more effective, user-friendly, and centralized digital workplace, which was originally approved by the Board of County Commissioners on July 22, 2025. This Amendment is to add the services of development of Connect@Work to the scope of services.
