BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

body

Background:

This project is for the professional services required to provide a Wastewater System Pipeline, Manhole and Force Main, Inspection and Condition Assessment in accordance with the County’s Capacity, Management, Operations and Maintenance Program.

On February 10, 2026 the Board approved the contract for this project in the amount of $999,640.   Unfortunately, the contract itself had an error that required correcting. The dollar amount approved by the Board was not reflected properly in the contract that was attached to that approval.  Attached as part of this approval is the corrected contract which reflects the dollar amount of $999,640 as approved by the Board on February 10, 2026.
