Recommended Action:
a) Approve Resolution authorizing the acquisition of real property or easement interests in real property by voluntary purchase, lot donation, or tax deed auction that may be required for bridge improvements at various locations; and
b) Authorize the Chairman to sign the Resolution.

No action needed. Budgeted in the Public Works Bridge Capital Maintenance Plan as approved in the FY27 budget process. Funding is supplied by the Capital Projects Fund, ad valorem.

BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
Real Estate Services Division is seeking permission to obtain real property or easement interests in real property to be utilized to construct bridge improvements at various locations as authorized by the Board of County Commissioners. This Resolution will authorize the Real Estate Services Division to acquire by voluntary purchase, lot donation, or tax deed auction, parcels or easement interests needed for the improvements.
