Approve award of Piggyback #26-540, Charlotte Sports Park Seating to Irwin Seating Company of Grand Rapids, Michigan for a total cost of $372,715.60. This is for the delivery and installation of stadium seats.

BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
The purpose of this purchase is to secure a firm price for the delivery and installation of 1,432 stadium seats for the Charlotte Sports Park. The quote provided is a piggyback of the Omnia Partners contract R240106 and is Phase II of a multiphase project.
Therefore, it is determined to be in the best interest of the County to award the purchase of stadium seating in accordance with Omnia Partners Contract R2040106 for a total cost of $372,715.60.
