BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
Advent Health is proposing to construct a free-standing emergency room on the corner of Jones Loop Road and Glasgow Avenue. The entrance into the emergency room interferes with the current Jones Loop stormwater system. An approval for a minor modification to the existing Environmental Resource Permit (ERP) is required. Since the Jones Loop permit is issued to Charlotte County, Charlotte County must give permission to the engineer to ask for the modification. Minor modifications through the Southwest Water Management Districts are made through a letter to the district requesting and there are no application forms. The minor modification that is being requested is attached. The developer will be paying for all design, permitting, and construction.
