Approve the appointment of Samuel Kiburz to fill the unexpired term of Chuck Falesch on the Pirate Harbor Waterway Advisory Board. This appointment will be effective immediately and will expire on October 31, 2027.

Background:
Chuck Falesch on the Pirate Harbor Waterway Advisory Board has resigned their position and the vacancy needs to be filled. This position has been advertised and there are no other applicants. Ordinance 2016-041 states: Members appointed to fill a vacancy with a remaining term of more than six months shall fill the remainder of the vacant term.
