No action needed. Budgeted in the Capital Improvements Project "CCU Business Services Customer Billing and Data Base" as approved in the FY26 budget process. Funding will be supplied by the Utility Operations & Maintenance Fund. Funding for this expenditure comes from rate revenues.

Background:
Utilities has requested Change Order #4 to File #25-505, Hansen CIS SaaS Software Cloud, for a no-cost, two (2) month timeline extension for implementation of the project due to Hansen resource constraints, loss of technical resources on the County side, and the Cityworks cloud migration change request. The current timeline for the implementation of the project was scheduled for Go-Live on 9/11/26 and change order #4 is requesting the new scheduled Go-Live date would be set for 11/06/26.
Original Contract Amount: $951,680.00
Change Request #1 for Cityworks Integration: $77,200.00
Change Request #2 for GAP Payment Vendor Change: $0.00
Change Request #3 for Removed Implementation GAPs: ($22,000.00)
Change Request #4 for Timeline Extension: $0.00
Revised Contract Amount: $1,006,880.00
