Recommended Action:

Approve the reappointment of Bob Logan to fill an unexpired term as well as an additional new three-year term on the Mid-Charlotte Stormwater Advisory Board. This appointment will be effective immediately and will expire on October 31, 2028.

Background: 

The Mid-Charlotte Stormwater Advisory Board has a vacant unexpired position, and the vacancy needs to be filled. This position has been advertised and there are no other applicants. Ordinance 2016-041 states: Members appointed to fill a vacancy with less than six months to the end of term date shall be appointed for the remainder of the term and the following three-year term.
