Approve the appointment of Ray Westbrook to fill an unexpired term on the Rotonda Heights Street & Drainage Advisory Board. This appointment will be effective immediately and will expire on October 31, 2028.

Background: 

The Rotonda Heights Street & Drainage Advisory Board has a vacant position, and the vacancy needs to be filled. This position has been advertised and there are no other applicants. Ordinance 2016-041 states: Members appointed to fill a vacancy with a remaining term of more than six months shall fill the remainder of the vacant term.
