Approve a Resolution granting Atwell, LLC Planned Development Final Detail Site Plan approval for Starling Amenity Center. The project consists of an 11,280 sq. ft. clubhouse, Bahama bar, pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, bocce ball courts, mail kiosk, community garden, and large dog park. The amenity development will construct the required roadway, utility, drainage, and surface water management infrastructure as well as landscape and lighting. This project site is 6.80± acres and is located at 14100 Burnt Store Road, Punta Gorda, Florida. Located in Commission District II.
