Recommended Action:
a) Approve Resolution authorizing a new Commercial Paper Loan in the amount of $3,291,000 for paving in Gardens of Gulf Cove; and
b) Authorize the Chairman to execute any documents necessary to effectuate loan.

No action needed. The loan will be repaid using Gardens of Gulf Cove Street and Drainage MSBU assessments.
