Recommended Action:
Approve award of Sole Source File #26-173, 911 System and Call Handling Solutions Renewal, to ConvergeOne Holdings Incorporation of Bloomington, MN, for an annual amount of $178,188 per year, with the term total amount of $534,564. The term is from October 1, 2025, through and including September 30, 2028. This renewal is to continue providing maintenance services on the 911 system and call handling solutions.

No action needed. Budgeted in the Enhanced 911 Systems Fund as approved in the FY26 budget process. Funding for this expenditure comes from user assessments.

BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
The procurement of this renewal is to continue providing maintenance services on the 911 system and call handling solutions. This will include the additional 16 new call-taking positions with the new Sheriff’s Headquarters and 911 center. The services need to be provided by the original vendor, making this a sole source purchase. This renewal is for three (3) years at $178,188 per year, with the term being active from October 1, 2025, through and including September 30, 2028.
It has been determined to be in the best interest of the County to award the Sole Source File 26-173, 911 System and Call Handling Solutions Renewal, to ConvergeOne Holdings Incorporation of Bloomington, MN, in the amount of $534,564.
