Background:

The applicant and the property owner, Burnt Store Developers, LLC, is requesting to transfer 198 density units onto 425.93± acres generally located south of Tribune Boulevard, north of San Pablo Drive, west of Green Gulf Boulevard, and east of Burnt Store Road, in the Punta Gorda area, within the boundary of the Burnt Store Area Plan area, and in Commission District II. The base density for this property is 451 units. If the Board of County Commissioners approves this TDU application, this proposed transfer allows for residential development up to 649 dwelling units to be built on the subject property (receiving zone).

What Action will be accomplished?

If the Board of County Commissioners approves this application, this proposed transfer will allow for development of a residential community up to 649 homes on the property (receiving zone).
