Background: 

This agreement between the Board of County Commissioners and FDACS authorizes Charlotte County to be an approved program and a member in good standing under the provisions of Florida Statute 388 and Chapter 5E-13 of the Florida Administrative Code (FAC) while conducting arthropod control within the boundaries of Charlotte County.
