The segment is 0.43 acres, more or less, lying East of Lot 4 & Lot 5 and lying West of Lot 12 & Lot 13 as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 57, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, in Section 31, Township 40, Range 24, in Commission District I.
