Casa Sand, LLC, Lake Hurst Holdings, LLC, and San Casa Investments, LLC are requesting a Transfer of Density Units to a Receiving Zone located at 6530, 6600, 6640, and 6650 San Casa Drive. The purpose of this request is to transfer two density units to the subject property.
What Action will be accomplished?
If the Board of County Commissioners approves this petition, it will allow Casa Sand, LLC, Lake Hurst Holdings, LLC, and San Casa Investments, LLC to transfer two density units to property at 6530, 6600, 6640, and 6650 San Casa Drive.
