Background:
Derek Newcomer, applicant for Paladin Land Management, LLC., is requesting a small-scale Future Land Use Map amendment from Low Density Residential (LDR) to Office and Institutional (OI), and a companion rezoning from Residential Single-family-3.5 (RSF-3.5) to Office Medical Institutional (OMI). The purpose of this request is to allow a change in development rights for subject property located at 16890 Toledo Blade Boulevard.
What Action will be accomplished?
If the Board of County Commissioners approves this petition for a small-scale plan amendment and companion rezoning, the applicant has stated they intend to convert the existing model single-family home into a professional office.
