Background:
Seventeen and Seventy-five LLC, has requested approval of a Small-Scale Plan Amendment to change Charlotte County Future Land Use Map Series Map #1: 2030 Future Land Use, from Low Density Residential (LDR) and High Density Residential (HDR) to Commercial (COM). This to add in certain residential lots to an already approved Planned Development (PD) located adjacent, and subject to the companion rezone, PD-20-00004.
What Action will be accomplished?
If approved, the applicant will be able to add the existing lots into the companion rezone, PD-20-00004.
