Background:
Information Technology has requested the purchase of ePermitHub Renewal. EPermitHub is a plug-in for the Accela Civic Platform that provides integrated and collaborative digital plans review capability. This is for software subscription services for the period 3/01/23 - 02/28/24. These items are available on the Omnia Partners Contract #4400006644, awarded to Insight Direct USA Inc. dba Insight Public Sector, located in Tempe, Arizona.
Therefore, it is requested that the Board of County Commissioners approve award of a Piggyback purchase, File #23-384, Renewal of ePermitHub, to Insight Direct USA Inc. dba Insight Public Sector, of Tempe, Arizona (piggyback off the Omnia Partners Contract #4400006644) for the total amount of $191,617.16.
