BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
Official Records Book 162 and Page 210 has declared fourteen (14) easements for roadway purposes. Property owners adjacent to two (2) of these easements have requested their release.
Staff has reviewed the request for release of easements and the current platted roadways provide access to the parcels affected in this requested release. Real Estate Services, Public Works, Building Construction Services, and County Attorney’s Office support this proposal.
