Background:
Kronos is an automated and integrated hosted timekeeping system utilized by various departments throughout the County. The purchase consists of three quotes:
Quote# Q-212172 UKG Telestaff Cloud for $3,243 x 12 months= $38,916 plus a one-time setup fee of $10,000, totaling $48,916.
Quote# Q-211714 UKG Premise Manager for five read-only licenses to have access to the historical platform $3,050.
Quote# Q-211101 UKG Pro Workforce for $16,320 x 12 months= $195,840 and a one- time professional services fixed fee $148,310, totaling $344,150.
Per the Omnia Partners Contract #18220, for a total cost of $396,116.
