Background:
A Request for Bids was solicited for the sale of 19 County owned properties, which generated 17 responses. Some responses included bids on multiple properties. All of the submittals with bid amounts that have been deemed sufficient for acceptance are highlighted. A comparison to the amount bid and the estimated value determined whether or not a bid was deemed sufficient as noted.
