BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

body

Background:

Managing activities before, during, and after a declared local state of emergency is a difficult task and requires the assessment of different components to account for all potential hazards that may be faced. These third-party agreements are a vital tool that can assist in ensuring the correct management of resources, sequencing activities, and protection of emergency response and recovery workers.

Emergency Management, Real Estate Services, and County Attorney’s Office support this proposal.
