Recommended Action:
a) Approve the Parking Lot Use Agreement between Charlotte County and West Coast Inland Navigation District; and
b) Authorize the Chairman to sign the Agreement.

Budgeted Action:
No action needed. Maintenance budgeted in the General Fund - Parks Maintenance budget as approved in the FY2024 budget process. Funding for this expenditure comes from ad valorem.

BACKGROUND (Why is this Action Necessary, and What Action will be accomplished)

Background:
Historically, Community Services has partnered with West Coast Inland Navigation District for the use of the overflow parking lot at Anger Fishing Pier. This agreement permits the County to continue to allow the public to have access to additional parking.
